I entered my shipping address wrong, can I change it?Updated 9 days ago
Once you've placed an order through our website, and due to the speed that our fulfillment team processes shipments, unfortunately our team of Customer Support and Gear Experts are generally unable to make any edits/updates to orders--including shipping addresses.
That said, if you are to place an order and notice that your shipping address was entered incorrectly, we would highly recommend that you reach out to our team as soon as possible via the Contact Us Form linked below. Please provide us with your order number, purchasing email address, a brief description of the issue with your shipping address, and the appropriate shipping address that your package should be shipping to.
Once you've done so, a member of our team will be in contact with you shortly. If we are able to edit/update your shipping address prior to your order being fulfilled and shipped, we will do so! If that is not possible, please know that our team will still ensure your package is delivered as appropriate. That said, we may ask whether or not it will be possible for you to retrieve your package from your originally entered shipping address, or that you connect with the carrier to have your shipping address updated. If all else fails, we may attempt to recall your original shipment to our warehouse location so that your package can be reshipped--all dependent on your order/shipment status.
Please note that for all orders where an incorrect shipping address is entered, our team of Customer Support and Gear Experts will only be able to reship a package to an accurate shipping once we have been able to confirm that your current shipment will not be able to be redirected to a location where either yourself, or our warehouse team is able to receive the package.
